  • Mô tả: Procedure for obtaining polyurethane foams. Procedure for obtaining polyurethane foams from polyol and isocyanate and in the presence of a catalyst, a blowing agent and optionally additives, characterized in that up to 60% of the polyol needed is replaced by a natural resin such as rosin or resin pitch previously liquefied by addition of a suitable solvent such as diethylene glycol or essence of turpentine. The procedure basically comprises the stages of hot liquefying a natural resin by addition of a suitable solvent and mixing it with polyol for the purpose of obtaining a liquefied polyol-rosin mixture which preferably contains 60% of rosin and 40% of polyol. Subsequently said mixture reacts with an isocyanate in the presence of a catalyst, the blowing agent and the corresponding additives. Water can be used as the blowing agent in order to avoid the environmental problems associated with CFCs, the blowing agents which are usually employed in this type of procedure. The polyurethane foam can be used as a thermal or acoustic insulator and in the manufacture of armchairs and motor vehicle components. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE ESPUMAS DE POLIURETANO. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE ESPUMAS DE POLIURETANO A PARTIR DEL POLIOL E ISOCIANATO Y EN PRESENCIA DE UN CATALIZADOR, UN AGENTE DE SOPLADO Y OPCIONALMENTE DE ADITIVOS CARACTERIZADO PORQUE SE SUSTITUYE HASTA UN 60 POR CIENTO DEL POLIOL NECESARIO POR UNA RESINA NATURAL TAL COMO COLOFONIA O MIERA PREVIAMENTE LICUADA POR ADICION DE UN DISOLVENTE ADECUADO TAL COMO DIETILENGLICOL O ESENCIA DE TREMENTINA. EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE BASICAMENTE LAS ETAPAS DE LICUAR EN CALIENTE UNA RESINA NATURAL POR ADICION DE UN DISOLVENTE ADECUADO Y MEZCLARLA CON POLIOL AL OBJETO DE OBTENER UNA MEZCLA "POLIOL-COLOFONIA LICUADA" QUE CONTIENE PREFERENTEMENTE UN 60 POR CIENTO DE COLOFONIA Y UN 40 POR CIENTO DE POLIOL. POSTERIORMENTE DICHA MEZCLA REACCIONA CON UN ISOCIANATO EN PRESENCIA DEL CATALIZADOR, EL AGENTE DE SOPLADO Y LOS ADITIVOS CORRESPONDIENTES. COMO AGENTE DE SOPLADO PUEDE UTILIZARSE AGUA PARA EVITAR LOS PROBLEMAS MEDIOAMBIENTALES ASOCIADOSCON UN CFC''S, AGENTES DE SOPLADO HABITUALMENTE UTILIZADOS EN ESTE TIPO DE PROCEDIMIENTOS. LA ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO PUEDE UTILIZARSE COMO AISLANTE TERMICO O ACUSTICO Y EN LA FABRICACION DE SILLONES Y COMPONENTES DE AUTOMOVILES.
