  • Mô tả: The invention discloses an amorphous alloy forming method and device based on Lorentz force. The method includes the steps that an amorphous alloy sample piece is heated to a supercooling liquid state region under the action of an induction current, and meanwhile is deformed under the driving action of the Lorentz force until a mold is cooled and formed; and the induction current and the Lorentz force are both generated by means of discharging of a form-wound coil, the induction current is generated by a conductor arranged around the form-wound coil in an induction mode in the discharging process of the form-wound coil, the Lorentz force is formed by a magnetic field generated by the form-wound coil in the discharging process and the induction current passing through the amorphous alloy sample piece under the combined action, and the conductor and the amorphous alloy sample piece form an induction circuit so that the induction current can pass through the amorphous alloy sample piece. The heating, forming and cooling processes of the amorphous alloy sample piece are completed at a time within several milliseconds of pulse discharging time, and the advantage of heating, forming and cooling integration is achieved. 本发明公开了种基于洛伦兹力的非晶合金成形方法及装置,该方法包括:非晶合金样件在感应电流的作用下升温至过冷液态区,同时在洛伦兹力的驱动下变形至模具冷却成形;感应电流和洛伦兹力均由成形线圈放电产生,感应电流由设置在成形线圈周围的导体在成形线圈放电过程中感应产生,洛伦兹力由放电过程中成形线圈产生的磁场与非晶合金样件流过的感应电流共同作用产生,导体与非晶合金样件构成感应回路,以使感应电流流过所述非晶合金样件。非晶合金样件的升温、成形、冷却过程在数毫秒脉冲放电时间内次完成,具有升温、成形、冷却体化的优点。
