The method comprises the steps of controlling sample liquid to flow into the microfluidic channel; applying a gradient magnetic field perpendicular to the microfluidic channel to the sample liquid in the microfluidic channel, so that different particles in the sample liquid are separated; applying a static uniform magnetic field to the sample liquid in the microfluidic channel; applying a periodical uniform magnetic field to the sample liquid in the microfluidic channel, wherein the gradient magnetic field, the periodical uniform magnetic field and the static uniform magnetic field act together to generate a vibration composite gradient magnetic field to avoid aggregation of different particles in the sample liquid, the microfluidic channel, the gradient magnetic field and the static uniform magnetic field are located in the xy plane, and the periodical uniform magnetic field is perpendicular to the xy plane. The magnetic separation method is easy to control, good in depolymerization effect, high in economical efficiency and capable of greatly pushing the research of methods for high-precision separation of magnetic particles in a microchip magnetophoresis separation system. 本发明公开了种基于微流控通道的磁分离方法和装置,所述方法包括:控制样品液流入微流控通道;对所述微流控通道中的样品液施加垂直于微流控通道方向的梯度磁场,使所述样品液中的不同粒子分离;对所述微流控通道中的样品液施加静态均匀磁场;对所述微流控通道中的样品液施加周期均匀磁场,所述梯度磁场、周期均匀磁场以及静态均匀磁场共同作用产生振荡复合式梯度磁场,避免所述样品液中不同的粒子团聚;其中,所述微流控通道、所述梯度磁场以及所述静态均匀磁场位于xy平面内,所述周期均匀磁场垂直于xy平面。本发明中涉及的磁分离方法控制简单、解聚效果良好、经济性高,可大大推动微芯片磁泳分离系统中磁性微粒高精度分离的方法的研究。
