  • Mô tả: 德国职前教师教育制度以两阶段的培养模式、两次国家考试为主要特色。近些年,在欧洲推进博洛尼亚进程和德国基础教育质量下滑的影响下,德国职前教师教育采取了一系列的改革措施,如推广学士—硕士两级学位制度、引进欧洲统一的学分制、建立模块化课程、设立认证机制等。由于多方面因素的影响,改革出现了一系列的问题,如政府对职前教师教育改革政策结构的高度控制、教师受到学士—硕士两阶段课程的不利影响、各联邦州学分转换和积累制度难以"统一"、各联邦州对学位制度改革的执行力度存在差异、各联邦州对第一次国家考试的取消存在较大分歧等,由此也引发对我国职前教师教育改革的省思。
    The system of German teacher education with the characteristics of two- phases training mode and two state examinations is advanced in the world. In recent years, under the influence of promoting the Bologna Process and decline in the quality of German basic education, Pre-service teacher education in Germany has adopted a series of reform measures, such as promotion system of two-phase degree system, bringing in European credit system, establishing the modular curriculum, setting up the authentication mecha- nism and so on. In the process of reform, due to the influence of various factors, there are many problems, such as high government control over the policy and structure of pre-ser- vice teacher education, the negative effects of two-phase curriculum system on the teach- ers, difficult unity on credit transfer and accumulation system, differences of enforcement of degree system reform, discrepancies of the cancellation of the first national examination and so on. These problems trigger some thought about Chinese pre-service teacher education.
